Hearth Contractor Referral Program

By entering into the referral program by Shogun Enterprises Inc. doing business as “Hearth” and its affiliated companies (“Hearth,” “we,” “us”) you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
1. Eligibility
Open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and are the legal age of eighteen (18) in their state prior to the date of entry. Must be a Contractor currently enrolled, active and in good standing with Hearth. Current and former Contractors are not allowed to refer themselves, businesses they are affiliated with or related to. Multiple referrals for the same person will only count as one successful referral.
2. How to Enter
Login to your Hearth dashboard and click on “Refer a Friend” at the bottom left of your dashboard. Send the referral link to a business you think would work well with Hearth.
Once they complete the registration process, enrolls in a subscription, and payment is received.
3. Referral Reward
For each successful referral, you will receive a $500.00 visa gift card. The referred individual will also receive a $99 discount on their subscription with Hearth. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, so the more you refer, the more you earn. Rewards are non-transferable, and payment will be issued forty-five (45) days after the payment is received.
4. Additional Terms
Hearth reserves the right to modify or cancel this referral program at any time. Hearth and its affiliates are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry information; (b) any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Hearth may disqualify any individual found to be: (1) tampering with the referral program; (2) violating these Terms & Conditions; or (3) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to threaten or harass any person. Incomplete and robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entries will be disqualified.
5. Time Restrictions on Referral Rewards
To qualify for a referral reward, the referred contractor must complete the registration process, enroll in a subscription, and complete one fund using the Hearth platform within ninety (90) days from the date of the referral link’s initial use. If these conditions are not met within the specified timeframe, the referral will be deemed ineligible for the reward. This time restriction is designed to encourage timely participation and engagement with Hearth’s services.
