Hearth is software that works with home improvement professionals to streamline their sales process and make closing deals easier. Our software includes a financing program for personal loan and credit card options, client management, quotes, contracts, invoices, and payments. We provide all of this from our easy-to-use app.
Yes, we offer remote positions. However, we do have offices in Austin for employees who want to come into the office to meet and focus.
No construction experience is needed, but having experience in home improvement is a big plus.
The hiring process varies from position to position. But typically you will interview with the hiring manager, members of executive leadership, and members of the hiring team.
