By entering this promotion by Shogun Enterprises Inc. doing business as “Hearth” and its affiliated companies (“Hearth,” “we,” “us”) you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
Eligibility. Open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and are the legal age of eighteen (18) in their state. prior to the date of entry. Employees of Hearth, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter. Must receive an invitiation to enter the promotion , schedule a demo by visiting signup.gethearth.com/book-a-demo, or call 512-253-7320.
Time Frame. Starts 05/25/2022 and ends on 07/31/2022.
Promotion Prize. A $25.00 virtual gift card from Tango Card or $100.00 off a Hearth subscription. After completion of the Hearth demo, we will issue the promotional prize either: (1) send you a virtual gift card totaling $25.00 via email, or (2) apply the $100.00 off towards a Hearth subscription. Virtual gift cards are subject to an expiration date. the expiration date will be provided in email with the virtual gift card.
Sponsor. Neither Tango Card, its affiliate or partners are a sponsor of this promotion.
Additional terms. Hearth reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time. Hearth and its affiliates are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry information; (b) any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Hearth may disqualify any individual found to be: (1) tampering with a promotion; (2) violating these Terms & Conditions; or (3) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to threaten or harass any person. Incomplete and robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entries will be disqualified.
