Communications Terms & Conditions

Hearth (“Hearth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides these Communications Terms and Conditions (the “Communications Terms”), which govern the provision and delivery of Communications (as defined herein) by us, our affiliates, lending partners, agents, service providers, or our successors and assignees to you. Communications are intended to provide you with information you requested from us or otherwise to respond to your inquiries regarding your relationship with Hearth.


By agreeing to receive Communications (as defined herein), you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by emailing us at with “Revoke Electronic Consent” in the subject line.

To view and retain a copy of this disclosure or any information regarding your enrollment in this program, you will need (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) with a web browser and Internet access and (ii) either a printer or storage space on such device. For a free paper copy, or to update our records of your contact information, email Hearth at with contact information and the address for delivery.


By providing your telephone number(s) and other contact information you agree that we and any of our affiliates, agents, service providers or our successors and assignees (each a “Communicator”) may call you using an automatic telephone dialing system or otherwise, leave you a voice, prerecorded, or artificial voice message, or send you a text message, e-mail, or other electronic message in connection with your inquiry or to service or collect any amounts you may owe under any loan you may obtain through a partner-lender or for other informational purposes (each a “Communication”). You agree that any Communicator may call or text you at any telephone number that you provide now or in the future, including cellular telephone numbers. You also agree that a Communication may include your personal information. You understand that the Communicator will not charge you for a Communication but your wireless or other service provider may impose fees such as message and data rates.

By signing up, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. You represent you have authority to provide this consent because you are the subscriber of the telephone number or you are authorized by the subscriber to sign up for Communications. If you change your telephone number(s) or email address or if you wish to withdraw your consent to be contacted, you agree to contact us immediately at to advise us of any such change.

You further understand that you are not required to sign up for Communications to use the Hearth services. Please call 512-686-4141 if you would like to submit a request on Hearth without signing up for Communications.

By signing up to receive Communications, you agree to these Communications Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.


If you no longer want to receive Communications, you may opt out by emailing or sending a reply text-message indicating that you would like to opt-out.


We reserve the right to modify these Communications Terms, or any part thereof, to add or remove terms at any time, and such modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment in our Communications program shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such modifications, additions, or deletions.
